Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- granulated sugar - 1 c
- packed brown sugar - 1 c
- milk - 1/4 c
- margarine or butter, softened - 1/4 c
- pumpkin pie spice
- can pumpkin - 1 oz
- Glaze recipe follows - 1 item
- Bisquick original or reduced fat baking mix - 3 c
- Grease and flour 12-cup Bundt cake pan or angel food cake pan, 10 x 4-inch
How to make pumpkin ring:
Heat oven to 350°. Grease and flour 12-cup Bundt cake pan or angel food cake pan, 10 x 4-inch.Beat all ingredients, except glaze, on low speed, for 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly. Beat on medium speed for 3 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Spread in pan.
Bake about 50 minutes or until toothpick, inserted in center, comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan. Cool completely. Drizzle with glaze.Glaze:1 c. powdered sugar1 Tbsp. milk1/2 tsp. vanilla Beat together.
