Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- milk - 1/4 c
- margarine or butter, softened - 1/4 c
- powdered sugar
- pumpkin pie spice
- Bisquick - 3 c
- can pumpkin - 1 oz
- packaged brown sugar - 1 c
How to make pumpkin ring:
Glaze:1 c. powdered sugar1 Tbsp. milk1/2 tsp. vanilla Heat oven to 350°. Grease and flour 12-cup Bundt cake pan. Beat all ingredients, except glaze, on low speed for 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly. Beat on medium speed 3 minutes, scraping bowl constantly. Spread in pan.Bake about 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool completely. Beat glaze ingredients. Drizzle with glaze.
