Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1/2 Tbsp
- granulated sugar - 1 c
- packed brown sugar - 1 c
- egg whites - 8 item
- pumpkin pie spice
- Bisquick - 3 c
- applesauce - 1/4 c
- skim milk - 1/4 c
- can solidly packed pumpkin - 1 oz
- Grease and flour 12-cup Bundt cake pan or angel food pan, 10 x 4-inch
How to make pumpkin ring:
Heat oven to 350°. Grease and flour 12-cup Bundt cake pan or angel food pan, 10 x 4-inch. Beat ingredients, except glaze, on low speed for 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly. Beat again on medium speed for three minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Spread in pan.Bake about 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool completely and drizzle with glaze.Glaze:1 c. powdered sugar1 Tbsp. skim milk1/2 Tbsp. vanilla Mix powdered sugar, skim milk and vanilla.
