Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- granulated sugar - 1 c
- packed brown sugar - 1 c
- milk - 1/4 c
- margarine or butter, softened - 1/4 c
- pumpkin pie spice
- can pumpkin - 1 oz
- Bisquick baking mix - 3 c
- Glaze below - 1 item
- Grease and flour 12-cup Bundt pan
How to make pumpkin ring:
Heat oven to 350°. Grease and flour 12-cup Bundt pan. Beat all ingredients, except Glaze, on low speed for 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly. Beat on medium speed 3 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Spread in pan. Bake about 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool completely. Drizzle with Glaze.Glaze:1 c. powdered sugar1 Tbsp. milk1/2 tsp. vanilla Beat ingredients together.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Healthy.
