Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- granulated sugar - 1 c
- milk - 1/4 c
- margarine or butter, softened - 1/4 c
- pumpkin pie spice
- brown sugar, packed - 1 c
- can pumpkin - 1 oz
- baking mix Bisquick - 3 c
- Grease and flour a 12-cup Bundt cake pan or angel food cake pan
How to make pumpkin ring:
Heat oven to 350°. Grease and flour a 12-cup Bundt cake pan or angel food cake pan. Beat all ingredients on low speed for 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly. Beat on medium speed for 3 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Spread in pan. Bake about 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 30 minutes; remove from pan.
