Pumpkin ribbon bread

- sugar - 1/3 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- oil - 1/2 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- cloves - 1/2 tsp
- grated orange peel - 2 tsp
- soft cream cheese - 6 oz
- cooked pumpkin - 1 c
How to make pumpkin ribbon bread:
For filling, blend cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon flour together. Add 1 egg and orange peel. Stir together.For bread, combine pumpkin, oil and 2 eggs in large bowl. Add 1 1/2 cups sugar, salt, spices, 1 2/3 cups flour, baking soda and nuts. Mix to blend. Pour 1/4 batter into two greased and floured 7 1/2 x 3 1/2 x 3-inch pans. Carefully spread filling over batter. Cover with remaining batter. Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours or until bread tests done. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan. Store in refrigerator.
