Zucchini bread

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• chopped nuts - 1 c
• flour - 3 c
• nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
• oil - 1 c
• eggs, beaten - 3 item
• baking powder - 1/4 tsp
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• ginger - 1/2 tsp
• shredded zucchini - 2 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Sift together flour, baking powder soda and spices. Beat eggs. Add sugar, oil and vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Add egg mixture to flour mixture and blend together. Add shredded zucchini and nuts. Bake at 325° for 1 hour or until it tests done. Makes 1 large or 2 medium loaves.
