- sugar - 1/4 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 2/3 c
- butter - 1/4 c
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- egg - 1 item
- 5 oz - 1 (18
- can pumpkin pie mix - 1 oz
How to make pumpkin pie squares:
Grease bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Reserve 1 cup cake mix for topping. Combine remaining cake mix, melted butter and 1 egg. Press into pan.Prepare filling by combining pumpkin, 2 eggs and milk until smooth. Pour over crust.
For topping, combine 1 cup reserved cake mix, sugar, cinnamon and butter. Sprinkle over filling. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean. Serve topped with ice cream, if desired.
