Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1 c
- rolled oats - 1/2 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- Press into 9 x 13-inch ungreased pan
- pumpkin - 16 oz
- cloves - 1/4 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- ginger - 1/2 tsp
- Pour this mixture into crust and bake 20 minutes more
- chopped pecans or walnuts - 1/2 c
How to make pumpkin pie squares:
Mix until crumbly. Press into 9 x 13-inch ungreased pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350°.Filling:3/4 c. sugar16 oz. pumpkin1/4 tsp. cloves2 eggs1 tsp. cinnamon1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. ginger Mix in large bowl. Pour this mixture into crust and bake 20 minutes more.Topping:1/2 c. brown sugar1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts Sprinkle over top and continue baking 15 to 25 minutes more.
