- brown sugar - 1 c
- large can pumpkin - 1 item
- large can evaporated milk - 1 item
- eggs - 3 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pumpkin pie spice
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- box any plain cake mix - 1 item
How to make pumpkin pie cake:
Mix brown sugar, pumpkin, milk, eggs, salt and spice. Sprinkle 1/2 of any cake mix on bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan (ungreased). Gently pour all of pumpkin mixture over cake mix, then sprinkle rest of cake mix over the top. Melt 1 stick butter and drizzle over top. Sprinkle nuts over top.
