Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 3/4 c
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- pumpkin pie spice
- stick oleo, melted - 1 item
- can evaporated milk - 13 oz
- can pumpkin - 28 oz
- yellow cake mix not pudding type - 1 pkg
How to make pumpkin pie cake:
Mix first 5 ingredients. Add milk and mix. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with dry cake mix. Press down lightly. Sprinkle on nuts. Drizzle melted oleo on top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool. Serve with whipped cream.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Kid Friendly.
