Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 3/4 c
- flour - 2 c
- stick margarine - 3/4 item
- oil - 1/2 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- powdered sugar - 4 more
- ginger - 1 tsp
- pumpkin pie spice - 1 tsp
- can pumpkin - 1 oz
- Set aside
- small can Milnot - 1 item
How to make pumpkin bar:
Blend dry ingredients. Set aside. Mix other ingredients, except nuts. Blend dry and wet ingredients well. Add nuts, saving 1/4 cup to sprinkle on top of frosting, if desired. Bake in an ungreased 11 x 17 x 1-inch baking pan at 350° for 25 minutes. Cool on rack. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.Cream Cheese Frosting:6 oz. light cream cheese2 tsp. vanilla3/4 stick margarine1 tsp. ginger4 or more c. powdered sugar Sprinkle with chopped nuts.Recipe categories: Holiday, < 30 mins, Food gift.
