- sugar
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 4 Tbsp
- ginger - 1 tsp
- hot milk
- pumpkin 30 oz
How to make pumpkin pie:
Beat eggs slightly and add pumpkin, sugar, salt and spices, mix well. Add melted butter and milk stirring thoroughly. Pour into uncooked pastry shells. Bake in hot oven (400° to 425°) for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to moderate oven (350°) and continue to bake for 35 minutes or until the filling is "set" and crust is nicely browned.
