Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• milk
• salt - 1 tsp
• nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
• melted butter - 1 tsp
• ginger - 1/2 tsp
• cloves optional - 1/4 tsp
• cooked drained and mashed sweet potatoes

How to make sweet potato pie:

Whip all ingredients until light and fluffy. Bake at 425° for 45 to 55 minutes or until knife blade inserted is clean.
