Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs - 3 item
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- can evaporated milk - 12 oz
- can pumpkin - 16 oz
- melted oleo - 1 c
- pumpkin pie spices - 4 tsp
- box dry cake mix yellow - 1 item
How to make pumpkin crunch:
In bowl, mix with spoon the pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, pumpkin pie spices and salt. Pour into 13 x 9 pan. Spread dry cake mix evenly over pumpkin mix. Sprinkle 1 cup chopped pecans over cake mix. Pour melted oleo over top and bake in 350°Recipe categories: Desserts, Squash, Cobblers and crisps.
