Pumpkin cookies

Ingredients/Components

• brown sugar - 1 c
• canned pumpkin - 1 c
• cooking oil - 1/2 c
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• baking powder - 1 tsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• pumpkin pie spice
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• raisins - 1 c
• chopped nutmeats - 1 c

How to make pumpkin cookies:

Cream together sugar, pumpkin, oil and vanilla; then add remaining ingredients to liquid mixture. Drop by teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes. Yields 3 dozen.
