Pumpkin chiffon pie
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- ginger - 1/2 tsp
- cold milk - 1 c
- cloves - 1/4 tsp
- cream cheese, softened - 1 pkg
- can pumpkin - 1 item
- graham cracker crust - 1 item
- Cool Whip, thawed
- small instant vanilla pudding mix - 2 pkg
- chopped nuts and/or additional whipped topping optional - 1 item
How to make pumpkin chiffon pie:
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add Cool Whip and mix well. Spread into crust. In another bowl, beat milk and pudding mixes on low speed until combined. Beat on high for 2 minutes. Let stand 3 minutes. Stir in pumpkin and spices; mix well. Spread over cheese layer. Chill.
