Pumpkin cheesecake
Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts optional - 1 c
- can sweetened condensed milk - 1 item
- butter, melted - 2 Tbsp
- can pumpkin - 1 item
- eggs, divided - 3 item
- whip cream optional - 1 item
- pound cake mix - 1 pkg
- pumpkin pie spice, divided - 4 tsp
How to make pumpkin cheesecake:
In a small mixing bowl, combine cake mix, 1 egg, butter and 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice. Beat on low until mixture is crumbly. Press into bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish; set aside.In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add condensed milk, remaining 2 eggs, pumpkin, remaining pie spice, cinnamon and salt; mix. Pour onto crust and sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes until set. Cool; top with whip cream. Serve warm or cold.
