- sugar
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour
- margarine or butter - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- ground cloves - 1/4 tsp
- can pumpkin - 1 oz
How to make pumpkin cheese bread:
Combine sugar, cream cheese and margarine, mixing at medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time. Blend in pumpkin. Add combined dry ingredients. Fold in nuts. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350° for one hour. Cool about 5 minutes and remove from pans.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Weeknight.
