How to make pumpkin cake roll:

Beat eggs on high speed for 5 minutes. Gradually beat in sugar and lemon juice. Sift flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt together. Fold in pumpkin. Spread on greased and floured 15 x 10-inch pan. Top with chopped nuts. Bake at 375° for 15 minu
