- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 3/4 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts optional - 1 item
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- cooked, mashed pumpkin fresh or canned - 3/4 c
How to make pumpkin cake roll:
Beat eggs on high speed for 5 minutes. Gradually beat in sugar and lemon juice. Sift flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt together. Fold in pumpkin. Spread on greased and floured 15 x 10-inch pan. Top with chopped nuts. Bake at 375° for 15 minuRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, < 15 mins.
