Ingredients/Components
- grated zucchini
- flour - 2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- baking soda - 1/4 tsp
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- mace - 1/2 tsp
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- oil - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- chopped walnuts - 1/2 c
How to make zucchini bread:
Preheat oven to 325°. Grease loaf pans. Grate the zucchini; set aside. Stir together the dry ingredients. Make a well inside and pour in the liquid. Stir to blend well, then stir in the zucchini and nuts. Pile into greased loaf pan or mini loaf pans. Bake 1 1/4 hours for loaf, 40 to 50 minutes for smaller loaves depending on size.
