Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon
- eggs - 4 item
- flour - 3 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- nuts - 1/2 c
- raisins - 1/2 c
- can pumpkin - 1 oz
- 1/2 corn oil - 1 item
How to make pumpkin cake:
Sift together first 5 ingredients. Mix eggs at high speed gradually. Add sugar until thick and lemony. Pour corn oil into eggs and sugar. Mix well. Add alternately pumpkin and dry ingredients, mixing well after each addition. Fold in nuts and raisins. Bake in an ungreased angel food cake pan in a 350° oven for 70 to 75 minutes.
