eggs - 4 item
vanilla - 2 tsp
pkg - 1 oz
soda - 3 tsp
powdered sugar - 1 lb
cup oil - 1 item
cups sugar - 2 item
cup chopped walnuts - 1 item
cups flour - 2 item
cups canned or cooked pumpkin - 2 item
Cream Cheese Frosting:1/2 cup butter

How to make pumpkin cake:

Cream Cheese Frosting:1/2 cup butter1 lb. powdered sugar2 tsp. vanilla1 cup chopped walnuts1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese For Cake: Mix sugar and eggs, beat well, add oil and mix. Soft dry ingredients together and combine with other ingredients. Mix well, add pumpkin and beat until well mixed. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees in greased and floured tube pan. Cool and frost.

For Frosting: Beat cream cheese and butter together; add sugar and vanilla. Stir in walnuts. Spread on cake.
