Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- cream cheese
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- stick margarine - 1 item
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- powdered sugar - 1 lb
- dash of salt - 1 item
- cup chopped nuts - 1 item
- cup oil - 1 item
- cups sugar - 2 item
- cups flour - 2 item
- 1/2 cup pumpkin - 1 item
How to make pumpkin cake:
Icing:8 oz. cream cheese1 stick margarine2 tsp. vanilla1 lb. powdered sugar1 cup chopped nuts Mix sugar, oil and eggs; mix well. Stir flour, salt, soda and cinnamon together. Add dry mixture to sugar mixture. Add pumpkin. Mix well and pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool.Soften cream cheese and margarine. Add sugar, vanilla and nuts. Mix well. Spread onto cake.
