  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • cream cheese
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • powdered sugar - 1 lb
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • cup chopped nuts - 1 item
  • cup oil - 1 item
  • cups sugar - 2 item
  • cups flour - 2 item
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin - 1 item

How to make pumpkin cake:

Icing:8 oz. cream cheese1 stick margarine2 tsp. vanilla1 lb. powdered sugar1 cup chopped nuts Mix sugar, oil and eggs; mix well. Stir flour, salt, soda and cinnamon together. Add dry mixture to sugar mixture. Add pumpkin. Mix well and pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool.

Soften cream cheese and margarine. Add sugar, vanilla and nuts. Mix well. Spread onto cake.
