  • Add sugar, Wesson oil and pumpkin

How to make pumpkin cake:

Beat eggs. Add sugar, Wesson oil and pumpkin. Sift 2 cups flour; add salt, soda and cinnamon. Add to egg mixture and mix well. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.Icing:1 stick softened butter or oleo1 (8 oz.) cream cheese1 box 4x sugar1 tsp. vanilla Mix to spreading consistency.
