cinnamon - 2 tsp
eggs - 4 item
vanilla - 1 tsp
salt - 1/2 tsp
flour - 2 c
stick margarine - 1/2 item
oil - 1 c
soda - 2 tsp
box powdered sugar - 1 item
unseasoned pumpkin - 2 c
Mix dry ingredients and add to egg mixture

How to make pumpkin cake:

Beat eggs; add sugar and oil. Mix dry ingredients and add to egg mixture. Add pumpkin and blend well. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake. Cool 10 minutes and remove from pan. Frost.Cream Cheese Icing:8 oz. cream cheese1/2 stick margarine1 box powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla Beat cream cheese and margarine until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla and mix well. Spread.
