Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- granulated sugar - 2 c
- pkg
- milk - 1 Tbsp
- flour - 2 c
- baking soda
- vegetable oil - 3/4 c
- powdered sugar
- can pumpkin - 1 oz
- margarine room temperature - 6 Tbsp
How to make pumpkin bars:
Icing:1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)6 Tbsp. margarine (room temperature)1 Tbsp. milk1/2 tsp. vanilla2 1/2 c. powdered sugar Bake at 325° for 20 to 25 minutes in a jelly roll pan. Cool.Icing: Mix together with mixer until creamy. Spread on cake.
