Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 2 tsp
• eggs - 4 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• butter or margarine - 1/4 c
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• oil - 1 c
• baking powder - 2 tsp
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• pumpkin 1 can - 2 c
• Cream Cheese Frosting:3 oz

How to make pumpkin bars:

Bake in large greased pan (10 x 15) at 350°.Cream Cheese Frosting:3 oz. cream cheese1/4 c. butter or margarine1 tsp. vanilla Beat until smooth. Spread over bars once they have cooled. Sprinkle with nuts if desired.
