Ingredients/Components
- milk
- nuts - 1 item
- Cool Whip - 1 item
- Ritz crackers - 50 item
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- boxes instant vanilla pudding - 2 item
- vanilla ice cream soft - 1 qt
How to make pudding cake:
Crush Ritz crackers and mix with melted margarine. Put the mixture in the bottom of pan. Reserve 1/2 cup of mixture.Pour milk in a bowl and add the pudding. Mix for 2 minutes with mixer. Add ice cream and mix again. Spread over the cracker mixture. Put in the freezer until set. Top with Cool Whip and nuts. Place back in the freezer until serving.
