  • sugar
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • oil - 1 c
  • buttermilk - 1 c
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • pecans - 1 c
  • chopped, cooked prunes - 1 c

How to make prune cake:

Mix sugar and oil together. Add eggs; beat well. Add chopped prunes. Mix flour, salt, soda and cinnamon together. Add to batter alternately with buttermilk. Stir in pecans. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. When cool frost with Fake Whip Cream Frosting.
