- sugar
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- oil - 1 c
- buttermilk - 1 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- pecans - 1 c
- chopped, cooked prunes - 1 c
How to make prune cake:
Mix sugar and oil together. Add eggs; beat well. Add chopped prunes. Mix flour, salt, soda and cinnamon together. Add to batter alternately with buttermilk. Stir in pecans. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. When cool frost with Fake Whip Cream Frosting.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Fruit.
