Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• Wesson oil - 1 c
• whole eggs - 3 item
• buttermilk - 1 c
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• flour, sifted - 2 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• nutmeg - 1 tsp
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• cooked prunes, chopped - 1 c
• nuts, chopped - 1 c
• Bake at 350° for about 40 minutes or until done
• white syrup - 1 Tbsp
• stick margarine - 1 item

How to make prune cake:

Mix all together. Bake at 350° for about 40 minutes or until done. Do not overbake.Glaze:1 c. sugar1 Tbsp. white syrup1/2 c. buttermilk1 stick margarine1 tsp. vanilla Let come to a boil. Pour over cake while hot. This cake freezes well.
