- angel food cake - 1 item
- box each: lime, orange and strawberry jello - 1 item
- can mandarin orange slices, drained - 1 item
- can blueberries, drained - 1 item
- container frozen strawberries - 1 (10
- vanilla ice cream - 1/2 gal
How to make rainbow cake:
Break cake in small pieces. Mix 1/3 of cake pieces with the dry strawberry jello; put in bottom of a tube cake pan. Spread strawberries over cake pieces, then spread 1/3 of softened ice cream over strawberries. Mix 1/3 of cake with lime jello, put in pan. Next, spread drained blueberries over lime cake layer, then 1/3 of ice cream. Mix orange jello and remaining cake; put in pan. Spread orange pieces over cake, then spread the last third of ice cream over oranges. Freeze. To serve, remove from pan and slice in wedges.
