Jello pretzel salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- melted butter - 3/4 c
- Cool Whip - 8 oz
- frozen strawberries - 10 oz
- strawberry jello - 6 oz
- crushed pretzels - 2 c
How to make jello pretzel salad:
Melt butter and add 2 tablespoons sugar and pretzels. Spread on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 400° for 8 minutes. Let cool. Mix cream cheese, Cool Whip and 1/2 cup sugar; spread on top of baked pretzels. Dissolve jello in 2 cups hot water; add strawberries and mix well. Refrigerate. When it starts to set, pour over cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate.Recipe categories: Desserts, Low protein, Gelatin.
