Pretzel jello salad
Ingredients/Components
- finely crushed pretzels - 2 c
- melted butter - 3/4 c
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- Cool Whip - 8 oz
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- pkg - 16 oz
- boiling water - 2 c
- can crushed pineapple - 18 oz
How to make pretzel jello salad:
Mix pretzels, butter and sugar to make crust. Put in 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 7 minutes. Cool.Mix together Cool Whip, cream cheese and sugar. Spread on cooled crust.
Mix jello with water. Once dissolved, add frozen strawberries (don't defrost them first). Drain pineapple and add to jello mixture. Cool and spread on top of cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate and cut into squares.
