- sugar - 3 c
- eggs - 5 item
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- baking powder - 1/3 tsp
- Crisco - 1/2 c
- butter room temperature - 1 c
- flour all-purpose - 3 c
- flavoring - 2 tsp
How to make pound cake:
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside. Cream butter, Crisco and sugar. Add eggs (one at a time). Gradually add dry ingredients and milk. Beat well.
