Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 5 item
• flour - 3 c
• butter - 1/2 lb
• confectioners sugar - 1 lb
• baking powder - 3 tsp
• orange juice - 1 c

How to make pound cake:

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Sift flour and baking powder. Add alternately to creamed mixture with small amounts of orange juice. Bake in tube pan at 350° for 1 hour.
