Potatoes romanoff
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 2 c
- salt
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- large potatoes - 6 item
- bunch green onions, chopped - 1 item
- shredded sharp cheese
How to make potatoes romanoff:
Cook potatoes in jackets until fork tender. Peel, then shred into large bowl. Stir in sour cream, chopped onions, 1 cup cheese, salt and pepper. Turn into greased 2 quart casserole; top with remaining cheese. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes until heated through. Serves 8 to 10.Recipe categories: Potato, Main dish, Casseroles.
