Company potatoes

Ingredients/Components

• cream cheese - 8 oz
• sour cream - 1 c
• cottage cheese - 1 c
• chopped green onions - 1/3 c
• grated Cheddar - 1 c
• large boiled potatoes, diced - 6 item
• 1 cube melted butter - 1/2 c

How to make company potatoes:

Dice potatoes into shallow baking dish. Combine sour cream, cottage cheese, softened cream cheese, chives and Cheddar. Mix into potatoes. (This can be done up to a day ahead.) Bake at 325° for 45 minutes. This is my most requested recipe.
