Ingredients/Components
- melted margarine - 3 Tbsp
- paprika - 1/2 tsp
- cumin - 1/2 tsp
- baking potatoes - 4 item
How to make potato wedges:
Slice each potato into 8 slices and arrange skin side down in baking pan. In small bowl combine remaining ingredients and pour over potatoes. Bake at 400°, basting occasionally, for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Side dish, Potato.
