Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1/2 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
- chili powder - 1 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- onion salt - 1/2 tsp
- or 8 potatoes - 6 item
How to make potato wedges:
Peel potatoes. Put ingredients in bowl and mix well. Melt stick of butter. Dip potatoes in butter, then ingredients. Put on shallow pan lined with foil. Bake at 375° for 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Side dish, Potato.
