flour - 1/4 c
vinegar - 1/2 c
margarine - 1/4 c
prepared mustard - 2 tsp
onion, diced - 1 item
eggs, beaten slightly - 2 item
eggs, hard-boiled - 4 item
potatoes, cooled and mashed coarse - 6 item
milk canned, unsweetened

How to make potato salad dressing:

Dressing:1/2 c. sugar1/4 c. flour1 1/2 tsp. salt2 tsp. prepared mustard2 eggs, beaten slightly1 1/2 c. milk (canned, unsweetened)1/2 c. vinegar1/4 c. margarine Mix together the first 6 ingredients for dressing. Add vinegar; cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add margarine. Cool. Add dressing to the potatoes, eggs and onion.
