Ingredients/Components
- milk
- salt - 1 item
- pepper - 1 item
- mustard - 1 Tbsp
- hard-boiled eggs, chopped - 3 item
- relish - 2 Tbsp
- mayonnaise
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- red potatoes - 5 lb
How to make potato salad:
Leaving skins on, boil potatoes in large pan of water until soft. Let potatoes cool, then peel. In large mixing bowl, mix milk, mayonnaise, relish, mustard, onion, salt and pepper until smooth. Add eggs to mayonnaise/milk mixture. Take peeled potatoes and chop into 1 to 2-inch cubes; add to mayonnaise/milk/egg mixture. Cool for 2 hours.
