Potato fritters
Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1/2 c
- oil - 1/4 c
- salt to taste - 1 item
- small onion, diced - 1 item
- potatoes leftover - 2 c
How to make potato fritters:
Use leftover mashed potatoes or boiled potatoes. Add onion, flour and salt. Mix well. Put oil in skillet. When hot, spoon potato mixture into pan and fry until golden brown, turning once.
