Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1 c
- water - 1 item
- oil - 3 Tbsp
- salt to taste - 1 item
- black pepper to taste - 1 item
How to make flap jacks:
Put oil in skillet. Mix flour, salt and pepper. Add water to make a creamy batter. When oil is hot, drop batter into pan with tablespoon. Fry until brown. Turn and brown on other side. Cook on medium heat.Recipe categories: Desserts, < 15 mins, Time to make.
