Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- grated onion - 1/4 c
- grated raw potatoes - 2 c
- chopped parsley, baking powder and flour
How to make potato fritters:
Mix well. Drop by spoonfuls into deep fat at 375°. Fry for 6 minutes or until done. Drain. Makes 4 to 6 servings.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Potato, Vegetables.
