Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- self-rising flour - 1/2 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- finely chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- cooked squash - 1 c
How to make squash patties:
Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Drop mixture by tablespoon into 1/8 inch hot oil in a large skillet. Flatten patties to 1 1/4-inch thickness. Cook to golden brown. Turn and brown other side.Recipe categories: Breads, Vegetables, North american.
