Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- egg - 1 item
- cream - 1 c
- paprika - 1 item
- onion - 1/2 c
- dash of nutmeg - 1 item
- broccoli
- cooked ham
- shredded raw potatoes - 4 c
- Press into 10-inch dish
How to make potato crust quiche:
Combine. Press into 10-inch dish. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes. Remove from oven. Reduce heat to 350°.Filling:1 1/2 c. Colby cheese, divided1/2 c. onion1 1/2 c. cooked ham1 1/2 c. broccoli3 eggs1 c. cream1/2 tsp. salt dash of nutmeg paprika Mix 1 cup of cheese, onion, ham and broccoli. Mix eggs, cream, nutmeg and salt; pour over all. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 35 to 40 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with remaining cheese.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Main dish, North american.
