  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • box confectioners sugar - 1 item
  • peanut butter - 1 c
  • mashed potatoes - 1/4 c

How to make potato candy:

Add potatoes to sugar slowly until it thickens. Sprinkle powdered sugar on wax paper. Roll out sugar mixture (thin) and spread with peanut butter. Roll into a log and cut.
