- box confectioners sugar - 1 lb
- peanut butter - 1 Tbsp
- medium size potato - 1 item
How to make potato candy:
Mix potatoes and sugar until it looks like dough. Roll out with rolling pin. Spread with peanut butter and roll up as a jelly roll. Cool and slice.Recipe categories: Desserts, Candy, Potato.
