  • pkg - 1 oz
  • sour cream - 1 pt
  • butter or margarine - 1 c
  • corn flakes - 2 c
  • chopped onion - 1 item
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • bag hash brown potatoes - 2 lb

How to make potato bake:

Mix potatoes, 1/2 cup butter or margarine, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese together in large bowl. Put into baking dish. Crush up corn flakes; mix with the other 1/2 cup butter or margarine and spread over potato mixture. Beak at 400° for 1 1/2 hours.
